We started with a simple frustration: a renovation in Ontario means five suppliers, five deliveries and five invoices. So we built one depot that carries all of it, priced it the way we price for contractors, and staffed it with people who have actually installed what they sell. Today we work with first-time homeowners in Brampton, builders in Vaughan, property managers in Toronto and cottage owners in Barrie — and every one of them gets the same wholesale pricing and the same straight advice.

Is United Building Depot a store or an online supplier?
Both. We operate a depot and showroom in the Greater Toronto Area where you can see slabs, flooring, doors and vanities in person, and we supply customers across Ontario through our website, flyer and delivery network.
Who are your typical customers?
Homeowners planning a kitchen, bathroom or basement renovation; landlords and investors finishing rental units; and trade professionals — builders, renovators, installers and property managers — who buy in volume.
Why don’t you show prices online?
Most of what we sell is custom-sized or priced by the project. Instead of a misleading “starting at” number, we quote the real price for your sizes, quantities and delivery — usually within one business day.
Which brands do you carry?
We work with established Canadian and North American manufacturers for windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and with trusted importers for cabinets, countertops, flooring and fixtures. Ask us about the brands behind any product in the flyer.
Can you help with a full renovation?
