Quotes and pricing
Product information on this site is provided for reference. Prices are not displayed online; all pricing, availability and lead times are confirmed in a written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Offers such as “Up to 20% OFF” are applied to regular prices at the time of quoting and may change without notice.
Orders
An order is confirmed when a deposit or payment is received. Custom-made products (kitchens, countertops, windows, doors, blinds and cut-to-size materials) are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.
Returns
Unopened stock items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt; a restocking fee may apply. Special orders and clearance items are final sale. See our Warranty & Returns page.
Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates. Installation, where offered, is performed by licensed trades and covered by its own written agreement.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with warranty claims but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
