Licensing, pricing, timelines and where we install.
Do you install everything you sell?
We arrange professional installation for kitchens, countertops, flooring, windows, entry, patio and garage doors, roofing, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and bathrooms. Smaller items such as blinds, lighting and paint are supply-only, though we can recommend trades.
Are your installers licensed and insured?
Yes. Gas and electrical work is performed by licensed technicians (TSSA / ESA as applicable), and all installers carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Installation is covered by a written workmanship warranty.
Which areas do you install in?
Installation is available across the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton and Durham Region. For Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie, Niagara and Ottawa we ship materials and can connect you with local installation partners.
How is installation priced?
By the job, not by the hour. Your quote lists materials and labour separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Removal, disposal and extras (subfloor repair, electrical, plumbing) are itemized.
How soon can installation start?
In-stock flooring, doors and windows are typically installed within 1–3 weeks of quote approval. Custom kitchens and countertops follow the manufacturing lead time, usually 3–6 weeks.
Can I buy materials only?
Absolutely. Every product can be purchased supply-only with delivery or pick-up, and contractors get trade pricing through our Contractor & Trade Program.
