Account & Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your customer account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. Fill in the form and we will confirm by email once the deletion is complete (usually within 7 business days).
What gets deleted
- Your customer account (login, saved addresses).
- Quote requests, contact messages and trade applications linked to your email address.
- Marketing preferences and any newsletter subscription.
What we must keep
Invoices and warranty records for completed orders are retained for the period required by Canadian tax and consumer-protection law, then securely destroyed.
Timeline
We confirm receipt immediately by email and complete the deletion within 7 business days, then send a final confirmation.
